Frequently asked questions
The answers, upfront.
The questions business owners ask most before they start with WAMELINK. Question not listed? Send an email or book an introduction right away.
Price & scope.
Every website gets a custom quote, with a fixed price we agree upfront. Request a custom quote via the contact page: wamelink.design/en/contact.
A template gives everyone the same site. At WAMELINK, every detail is tailored to your brand, the site is built for speed and it connects to the systems you use every day. You're not paying for design, you're paying for a site that works for your business.
Technical SEO is always part of the build: fast load times, the right structure, schema markup, Google Search Console setup and Core Web Vitals in the green. Ongoing SEO work (content, link building, keyword tracking) is separate, on a quote.
The monthly service covers hosting on Vercel, an SSL certificate, 24/7 uptime monitoring, automatic backups, small text and photo changes and direct support via WhatsApp or email. Every website comes with this service, so you don't have to worry about any of it.
Process & planning.
A small site is usually online within 1 week, a complete site within 2 weeks on average. Larger projects with integrations or custom functionality usually take 4 to 8 weeks, depending on scope and feedback rounds.
A short 30-minute kickoff call, access to your domain name and your existing content or photos if you have them. No brief, no form, no briefing template. I get the rest from the conversation.
Four phases: (1) introduction and scope, (2) custom design with 1 feedback round, (3) development and integrations, (4) delivery and go-live. Along the way you get a preview link, so you see exactly what's being built. No surprises.
A complete site has 2 feedback rounds on the design and unlimited small text corrections during the build. Major changes of direction after the second round are estimated separately, in consultation. In practice that rarely happens, because we're clear about the direction upfront.
No. I help write the copy based on your input. Many clients come with a few bullet points and some examples of their work. I turn that into a story that fits your brand and your customers.
Tech & integrations.
Next.js, React and TypeScript, hosted on Vercel. The result: a fast site that works well on mobile and is built for search engines.
WordPress tends to be slow, vulnerable to hackers and dependent on plugins that can break with every update. For Google, load time is a ranking factor, and for customers it's the difference between staying and clicking away.
Yes. I specialize in CRM and ERP integrations, for example with HubSpot, Exact Online and Moneybird. Whether it's a quote flow into your CRM or a web form that automatically triggers an invoice, I make it work.
You do. Always. The domain name is in your name, and you get the code at delivery. You're never locked in with me. I only want clients who stay because they want to, not because they have to.
Automation & AI.
Repetitive work a system can also do: calling back missed calls automatically, filtering and routing incoming leads, following up on quotes, asking for reviews after a job. Not a chatbot on your site, but a working system that takes work off your hands every day.
Quite the opposite. Freelancers and small teams often gain the most. If you're the only one writing quotes, asking for reviews and following up on leads, that's the first thing I automate for you. We start with a free call. Then comes a process map for €500 excl. VAT, with a fixed quote for the build. The build has a guide price of around €2,500 excl. VAT, and an optional managed service starts at €149 per month excl. VAT.
No. The studio is in Amsterdam, but clients are all over the Netherlands and beyond. The introduction happens by video call or on location, and the build itself is fully remote.
After delivery.
Monitoring on Vercel usually spots a problem before you notice it. For changes, send an email or a WhatsApp message. I handle small changes (text, photo, price) as part of the monthly support. Larger additions get a fixed price upfront.
Yes. I replace your current site and make sure your Google rankings are preserved. All URLs are redirected to the new pages, there's no downtime and your customers notice nothing except a faster, better-looking site.
Everything is set up in a modular way. You start with a small or complete site and grow into an online store, booking tool, client portal or mobile app. No rebuild needed, just additions.
I work in phases with previews along the way. You see what's being built before it goes live. If something isn't right, we adjust it. My work has to speak for itself, and for my clients too. Take a look at the case studies.
