Sound familiar?

The manual work sits between your systems.

From SMB to enterprise: most companies recognize one or more of these.

  • You retype the same data between systems.

What's in your quote, you type again for the invoice and once more for your bookkeeping.

  • Everything is scattered.

Client details, appointments and orders sit in Excel, WhatsApp and email, and every team works from its own list.

  • You don't have a clear view of your numbers.

There's no single place where everything adds up. When in doubt, you search your inbox or call someone.

What we build

What we build depends on your process.

We decide that together in the process map. Three examples of what it often becomes. You keep your own software.

Quote to payment

From inquiry to paid, without retyping. The quote is ready in your house style. Once it's approved, the invoice, payment link and reminders follow on their own.

One dashboard

The data from all your tools in one place. So you see patterns across systems and teams, instead of separate lists in Excel.

AI employees

Digital employees that take recurring work off your hands: sorting email, preparing follow-ups, copying data across. You stay in control.

The maths

What manual work costs you now.

Every business owner pays themselves to do things no client pays for. Move the sliders and see it per month.

Per month
€2,210is what you pay yourself to do admin

That's what manual work costs you now. How much of it you get back depends on exactly what needs to be built, and you'll hear that in a fixed quote after the process map.

Frequently asked questions

Honest about what it is.

Not a black box that takes over your bookkeeping. A layer that removes the manual work, while you stay in control.

No. The system connects to Moneybird, Exact, Xero, QuickBooks, Mollie, Stripe, or whatever you already use.
Yes. Quotes, invoices and follow-ups are ready to go, but nothing leaves without your approval, unless you want it to.
In the EU, in Frankfurt. Every organization has its own isolated environment. For AI tasks we currently also use models from providers in the US, with a data processing agreement and without your data being used to train AI. Which ones is in our privacy policy.
The payment terms are in the quote. We agree them per project.
If you go ahead with the build within 60 days, we credit the full amount against the quote.
Because it varies a lot from company to company. The price depends on your systems, the number of processes and whether there's API access. Those assumptions are in the quote, with a fixed price for the agreed scope. If the scope changes, you get a proposal first. Nothing extra ever just appears on the invoice.
The managed service starts with Basic: €149 per month excl. VAT for one integration, plus €49 per month per extra integration. An integration is one data flow between two systems. You only pay if we host and run it. If you manage it yourself, you pay nothing. See Managed service.
  • A full website, rebrand, online shop or broad customer portal.
  • Cleaning up historical data or migrating your core system.
  • More than one department, or more than one end-to-end process.
  • Unlimited integrations, exceptions or revision rounds.
  • Non-standard or missing APIs that need a fragile workaround.
  • Round-the-clock critical operation or an on-call service.
  • Medical data, special categories of personal data or sensitive HR data in the first pilots.
  • Autonomous decisions about legal matters, staff, credit or payments.
  • Third-party subscriptions and usage costs.
  • New requirements after the acceptance criteria have been agreed.
You own your accounts, your data, the configuration and the result. If there's a delay on your side or with a third party, the schedule moves with it; the scope and the included effort don't grow with it.
